THE 4D THEATRE
Inside the Balloon Hangar building, we have created a 4D Theatre that provides the closest experience any living person will have of “driving” around the Brooklands Race Track, at Le Mans or “flying” with the Red Arrows. Visitors to the Museum can now take their seats for the ride of their life in a brand new, state-of-the-art 4D Theatre and we have three fantastic rides for you to enjoy.

Trail Guides are free on request and take you on a self-guided tour around the Museum, taking at least 2 hours. They may be obtained at the Ticket Offices at both the Campbell and Main Entrances.
We may be able to arrange guided tours on weekdays at an additional cost of £3 per person (minimum charge £45). Guided tours take approximately 2 hours and we provide one Guide for a group of 15 to 20 people. Guided tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance and are subject to availablility.
“Thank you for a lovely visit today. Our members enjoyed a wonderful and interesting day at the Museum and were all talking about it on the way home.”
Margaret Hurcombe, ELMBRIDGE COMMUNITY LINK
Free coach parking is available just before you reach our main car park at Mercedes-Benz World. It is then a short walk across the bridge to our Shop and Ticket Office. Arrangements can be made for disabled visitors or people who find it difficult to walk long distances to enter the Museum via the Campbell Gate and park on the Museum site. Please telephone for details.
The Sunbeam Cafe offers a selection of hot and cold meals from 12-2.30pm and sandwiches, cakes and snacks from when the Museum opens at 10am until 15 minutes before closing.
For larger groups of 35 or more our caterers can provide a 2-course buffet lunch with tea or coffee in a private room. Please telephone Lorna Robertson on 01932 858005 to discuss availability and menus.
See above for special parking arrangements. Most of the Museum site is wheelchair accessible, although the inside of our aircraft (including Concorde) may only be reached by steps. There are disabled toilet facilities in the Clubhouse, Grand Prix Exhibition in the Jackson Shed, Vickers Suite and London Bus Museum. There is a stair-lift fitted to the main staircase in the Clubhouse and a number of wheelchairs in addition to two motorised mobility scooters on site which may be borrowed should they be required; both these facilities may be pre-booked. A tactile guided tour is also available for people with visual impairment - this must be pre-booked.

We accept cash, cheques or cards, either in advance or on the day. We ask that groups provide a single payment for their booking.
Please note that a cancellation fee of £30 will be charged if the Museum is not informed if a group visit is not going ahead at least 1 week before the reserved date.
