Full payment is required either in advance or on the day of your visit. We accept cash, cheques or cards. We ask that groups provide a single payment for their booking.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 calendar days prior to the date of your visit. Cancellations after this period will incur a £55 handling fee.
Please note promotional offers are not valid against Group admission charges.
Admission for coach drivers is free.
Free coach parking is available just before you reach our main car park at Mercedes-Benz World. It is then a short walk across the bridge to our Shop and Ticket Office. Space for Blue Badge holders or visitors with access needs can be booked in advance. Please phone 01932 857381 for details.
For larger groups of 35 or more our caterers can provide a 2-course buffet lunch with tea or coffee in a private room. Please telephone Hospitality on 01932 858005 to discuss availability and menus.
The Sunbeam Café offers a selection of hot and cold meals from 12-2.30pm and hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes and snacks from when the Museum opens at 10am until 15 minutes before closing.
Most of the Museum site is wheelchair accessible, although the inside of our aircraft (including Concorde) may only be reached by steps. There are disabled toilet facilities in the Clubhouse, Jackson Shed, Vickers Suite and London Bus Museum. There is a stair-lift fitted to the main staircase in the Clubhouse and a number of wheelchairs and two motorised mobility scooters available; both these facilities may be pre-booked. A tactile guided tour is also available for people with visual impairment - this must be pre-booked.Full access details
