How long are the vouchers valid for?

Brooklands Museum gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Brooklands Museum Membership vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the membership begins when the recipient activates their membership with the Museum.

Can I include the Concorde Tour?

You can add extras such as the Concorde Tour, Picnic Hamper, Kids lunch box or afternoon treat (subject to availability) by calling 01932 857381 or emailing bookings@brooklandsmuseum.com.

 

What do I get with the voucher?

The voucher pack includes the experience or Membership gift voucher which can be personalised with your own gift message and is enclosed in a Brooklands Museum presentation wallet.

How long will the voucher take to arrive?

Once the order is received, we aim to process all vouchers within 24 hours and post first-class, so please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Vouchers purchased at the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Can I choose an e-ticket instead?

Yes, you can. Just tick the box at the point of purchase. The voucher can be sent to the buyer’s email address or the recipient's.

How do I redeem my Brooklands Museum Voucher?

Pre-booking your visit to use your gift voucher is no longer necessary. 

If your voucher includes the Concorde experience it is advisable to book in advance as it is a very popular activity. You can do this by calling 01932 857381 or emailing bookings@brooklandsmuseum.com

Please ensure you bring your voucher with you when you visit or we may not be able to admit you to the Museum without an additional charge.

How do I redeem my Brooklands Museum Membership Voucher?

You can redeem your Membership online or by emailing members@brooklandsmuseum.com with your voucher reference number and expiry date to activate your membership. Full details and a welcome pack will be sent to you once your membership is live.

How do I redeem my Virgin, Buy a Gift or Red Letter Day voucher?

No, just turn up on the chosen day of your visit* and hand over your voucher at the admissions desk or show the voucher on your phone.

No, just turn up on the chosen day of your visit* and hand over your voucher at the admissions desk or show the voucher on your phone.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

 

1.) Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

 

2.) Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

 

3.) Email vouchers: Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.

 

4.) Postal vouchers: There are additional costs associated with provision of a postal voucher. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.

 

5.) Voucher redemption. 

      5a.) - Museum Vouchers. Vouchers do not need to be redeemed prior to your visit, just bring it with you on the day. The voucher is a form of payment, so failure to bring the voucher with you may result in you being charged. 

If your Museum voucher includes a Concorde Experience, you are advised to book this in advance of your visit by calling 01932 857381 or emailing bookings@brooklandsmuseum.com 

 

      5b.) Concorde Signature Events. Vouchers should be activated online with your redemption code. Details for redemption are supplied with the voucher. 

 

      5c.)​​​​​ Third Party Vouchers. Your voucher can be redeemed in person at the admissions desk, either as a printed voucher or by showing it on your phone. 

 

      5d.) Monetary vouchers. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of admission tickets or merchandise sold online. The balance remaining must be paid at the point of purchase and no change or credit will be given where the voucher amount exceeds the basket total. ***

 

6.) Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 

 

7.) Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

8.) Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

9.) Cancellation. If you have booked a voucher with a third-party supplier e.g. Tiqets/Get Your Guide/Musement, and require a cancellation or amendment to your booking, you contact the supplier directly.
