Join us for a fun family day out! We've got the summer holidays sorted with our wide range of  activites  and lots of fun going on around site. We’ll also be running our pedal planes & cars, and the London Bus Museum will be operating bus rides around the local area.

Brooklands Super-Sleuth detective trails

Become a detective for the day! Solve clues, de-code cryptic messages, and seek hidden objects across the Museum to complete our Museum Trail. Or try our Jubilee-themed trail to check out the site’s many royal connections. When you’ve found all the clues, head to the shop to claim a well-earned prize.  Recommended for young people aged 8 – 14 years.

Pedal Planes and Cars

It's never too early to inspire future race drivers or pilots with our pedal planes and pedal cars for under 5s. Get your child’s snapshot of the Summer in one of our ready-to-pedal mini models.

McLaren: Driven by Design - Plus build your own!

Don't miss the Museum's exhibition, McLaren: Driven by Design featuring the Senna Concept and Prototype cars, alongside a life-size LEGO model of the McLaren Spider.  We also have LEGO build-your-own race car stations where you can make your own supercar!

Hear, See and Smell the magnificent machines

Take an exhilarating trip up Test Hill and along the steep banking of the race track with the Brooklands car rides team (Tuesday-Thursday only). Or jump aboard one of London Bus Museum's vintage buses for a relaxing ride out and around Brooklands. Starts week commencing 1st August and ends 25th August. 

Car rides will run 1st August-25th August on Tues, Weds & Thurs, 11am-1pm and from 2-4pm (subject to weather). Last tickets for car rides at 3.30pm. Visit London Bus Museum for Bus Timetable. 

Concorde Supersonic Walkthrough

A Concorde walkthrough for children, families, and young people. Explore the magnificent Brooklands Concorde, Delta Golf, and hear about the amazing adventures it had! The family-friendly tours will take-off at 10.25, 10.45 and 11.05 throughout the summer holidays and are most suitable for everyone aged 5 or over . We recommend pre-booking tickets for Concorde Supersonic Tours here. Tickets may be available on the day at Admissions (subject to availability). Children must be accompanied by a guardian or adult. Additional £3.00 per person.

The walkthrough is recommended to children between the ages of 3 and 12, but older children are welcome. The maximum number of children per adult is 5. We advise you strongly to book in advance for these.
