Brooklands Museum is a large open-air museum with many period buildings and exhibits, some with stepped access. There is no wheelchair access to board our aircraft, which all have steps, including Concorde.

To prepare for your visit we have made a visual story so that you know what to expect when you arrive.
Parking
Disabled parking is available near our Main Visitor Entrance (KT13 0SL), limited disabled parking is also available on-site through Campbell Gate (KT13 0QN). For more information about disabled parking on the Museum site please call 01932 857381.
Admission
There is an entry charge for Brooklands Museum and opening times vary by the season. Accompanying carers may be admitted free of charge where their presence is essential for a visit to the Museum.
Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooter
Three wheelchairs and a mobility scooter are available for visitors to borrow. Please call our Visitor Services team to reserve a wheelchair or mobility scooter on 01932 857381
Accessible Toilets
There are toilets at the Clubhouse (Radar Key), Jackson Shed, Vickers Suite and in the London Bus Museum.
Baby changing facilities are available in the Clubhouse and in the Jackson Shed.
Clubhouse Access
There is a level wide entrance at the front of the building and access to the Cafe from the rear of the building is via a short low ramp. All public areas inside the Clubhouse have flat, level access. There is a stair-lift for access to the first floor function rooms and the Members’ Bar.
First Aid
If you need medical assistance please speak to any volunteer or member of staff who will arrange assistance from a trained first-aider or call for an ambulance. Please do remember that the help we are allowed to offer is limited.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the Museum. Please ensure where possible your dog is wearing an identifiable harness/jacket where applicable.
