We will dispatch your welcome pack and Membership card(s) within ten working days of you purchasing the Membership.

If you are renewing a Membership your card(s) will be dispatched within ten working days of your renewal fee being made. 

Yes! The main event season is included within your Membership. Additional charges may apply for third party and special events. Please check the event listings for more details.

We recommend you pre-book your tickets online, especially on busy event days and during the school holiday periods. Spontaneous visits when you haven’t pre-booked are always welcome.

You can now log in to the Members Portal to manage your Membership.

If you wish to upgrade your Membership, please email members@brooklandsmuseum.com  with your Membership number and upgrade request. Alternatively, you can call us on 01932 857381, ext. 226, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Don’t worry, we can get a replacement card to you. Contact the Membership Team directly on 01932 857381 ext. 226 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or email members@brooklandsmuseum.com. 

Replacement cards cost £5 - this covers the costs of cards and postage.

Brooklands Museum is a registered charity. Your support helps us to take care of our 32-acre site, our track which is a schedule monument, and over 50,000 objects in our collections. It also supports our award-winning education programme, the Brooklands Innovation Academy, which welcomes over 16,000 students each year to be inspired by a future in STEM. By being a Member, you are making a valuable contribution. We depend on the generosity of Members and supporters to continue inspiring people to shape the future through Brooklands' history of innovation and endeavour.

Your support means so much to us and is vital to our continued commitment to preserve our collections and heritage. There are many ways you can support Brooklands Museum such as making a one-off donation, leaving a Legacy or becoming a Volunteer. Find out more.

If you are a UK taxpayer you can also sign a Gift Aid declaration which allows the Museum to claim money from the UK Government on your Membership fee.

Gift Membership vouchers need to be redeemed to begin your Brooklands Membership. Your Membership needs to be redeemed within a year of the gift voucher being purchased. Once redeemed, your Membership will last for one year.

The Club Bar is a benefit of the Club Level Membership. Club Members can use the bar during opening hours; Thursday-Sunday from 11:00 for drinks and cake, 12:00-14:30 for lunch and drinks, afternoon cream tea and cakes are available until 16:00.
