Sunbeam Café

The Sunbeam Café opens at 10am until 15 minutes before the Museum closes. Guests can enjoy hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes and snacks across the day. Hot and cold meals are served between 12pm and 2.30pm.

Pre-paid refreshments vouchers are available at the time of booking.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance of your visit. We accept cash, cheques or cards. We ask that groups provide a single payment for their booking.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 calendar days prior to the date of your visit. Cancellations after this period will incur a £55 handling fee.

Please note promotional offers are not valid against Group admission charges.

Admission for coach drivers is free.

Free coach parking is available just before you reach our main car park at Mercedes-Benz World. It is then a short walk across the bridge to our Shop and Admissions. Space for Blue Badge holders or visitors with access needs can be booked in advance. 

For larger groups of 20 or more, our caterers can provide a private lunch with tea or coffee in a private room. Please call the Sales team on 01932 857381 ext. 252 to discuss availability and menus.

Most of the Museum site is wheelchair accessible, although the inside of our aircraft (including Concorde) may only be reached by steps. There are disabled toilet facilities in the Clubhouse, Jackson Shed, Vickers Suite and London Bus Museum. All public areas inside the Clubhouse have flat, level access. There is a lift for access in the Clubhouse to the first floor function rooms and the Members’ Bar. Several wheelchairs and some motorised mobility scooters are available; these facilities may be pre-booked. A tactile guided tour is also available for people with visual impairment - this must be pre-booked.
