How do I redeem my Virgin, Buy a Gift or Red Letter Day voucher?

Arrive on the chosen day of your visit* and present your voucher at the admissions desk or show the voucher on your phone. 

If your voucher includes the Concorde experience it is advisable to book in advance as it is a very popular activity. You can do this by emailing us (our office is open Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm, closed bank holidays. We aim to respond in 3 working days.): concordeadmin@brooklandsmuseum.com

Please confirm your date of visit, type of voucher (admission, Concorde, afternoon treat, lunch, number of people), voucher number and voucher pin.

Please ensure you bring your voucher with you when you visit or we may not be able to admit you to the Museum without an additional charge.

*some event days carry a premium entry charge, please check before you plan your visit.

Brooklands Museum gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Brooklands Museum Membership vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the membership begins when the recipient activates their membership with the Museum.

The voucher is a monetary amount which you can use to redeem against a Brooklands Museum entry ticket, daily Concorde experience tickets, souvenir guide books or any other event which is bookable via our website. Please note, Gift vouchers are not redeemable in person, at the Museum. 

Gift vouchers are electronic and will be delivered within 24 hours via email. Gift Membership vouchers are sent by post within 7 days.

To use your voucher please redeem via our website following the details provided with your voucher.  Pre-booking is required before attending the Museum. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. 

You can redeem your Membership online or by emailing members@brooklandsmuseum.com with your voucher reference number and expiry date to activate your membership. Full details and a welcome pack will be sent to you once your membership is live.
