Brooklands Museum Wins ‘Best Customer Service Award’ at Surrey Business Awards 2025

Brooklands Museum is proud to announce that it has won the ‘Best Customer Service Award’ at the Surrey Business Awards 2025, held in association with Surrey Chambers of Commerce, on 12th November. 

Hosted by comedian Zoe Lyons, the annual Awards are the largest and most prestigious business event in the county, bringing together hundreds of business leaders from across the region to celebrate excellence, innovation and achievement.

Winners were selected following a rigorous judging process, which involved detailed scoring, interviews and a final judges’ meeting. The Best Customer Service Award recognises a business that exceeds customer expectations in all areas of the business by providing the very highest level of customer service.
