A spectacular new car event celebrates over 120 years of British motoring luxury
31st Jul 2026
Brooklands Museum is delighted to announce the launch of Rollers & Racers, an exciting new event celebrating the remarkable history, craftsmanship and sporting achievements of Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
Presented in association with The Man With The Golden Roller team - organisers of the record-breaking Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow 60th Anniversary celebration in 2025 - the event will bring together owners, enthusiasts and some of the finest examples of these iconic marques at the home of British motorsport.
Inspired by the engineering brilliance of Sir F. H. Royce, the racing success of W. O. Bentley, and the pioneering vision of motoring and aviation innovator The Hon. C. S. Rolls, Rollers & Racers celebrates the enduring legacy of three men whose influence continues to shape the world's most prestigious motor cars.
Open to all Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars built between 1904 and the present day, the event will showcase more than a century of automotive excellence with dedicated Pre-War, Post-War and modern sections.
Pre-registered vehicles will have the opportunity to join the three special Anniversary Paddocks, marking significant milestones in the history of both marques, including:
• 60 years since the launch of the MPW two-door models, later known as the Corniche from 1971.
• 80 years of motor car production at Crewe, a timeline display celebrating both Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
• 40 years of the legendary Bentley Turbo R.
Bentley Motors Ltd will kindly be loaning a 2026 Bentley Continental GTC from their Crewe press fleet to complete the 80 Years of Crewe timeline display.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd will kindly be loaning a brand-new Ghost for the event.
Alongside the concours-style displays, visitors can enjoy a programme of historical and technical seminars, expert talks and Q&A sessions, exploring the engineering, design, heritage and fascinating stories behind Rolls-Royce and Bentley. Supported by leading marque specialists, the talks will provide unique insight into two of Britain's most celebrated automotive marques.
Michael Marshall-Clarke, Founder of The Man With The Golden Roller, said: "Every Rolls-Royce and Bentley has a story - Rollers & Racers is about bringing those stories together in one remarkable place. Whether it's a cherished family heirloom, a concours winner or a car that's still driven and enjoyed every week, each one represents the passion, craftsmanship and engineering that have defined these marques for more than a century.
To celebrate that at Brooklands Museum feels incredibly special. We can't wait to welcome owners, enthusiasts and visitors for what promises to be a truly memorable day."
Alex Patterson, CEO and Director of Brooklands Museum said: “Brooklands Museum is the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation - Rollers & Racers provides a fitting backdrop for an event that unites luxury, innovation and performance. From elegant touring cars to sporting Bentleys and modern masterpieces, visitors will experience an unrivalled celebration of British automotive heritage. It’s going to be a great day."
Owners wishing to have their vehicle considered for one of the anniversary displays are invited to submit details, including the marque, model, year and any notable history, to [email protected] by 15th August 2026.
