The Brooklands Members' annual black tie dinner takes place in the Napier Room of the Brooklands Clubhouse with our president Damon Hill OBE.
This year's after-dinner speaker will be Amanda McLaren talking about her father and the McLaren company.
This year's menu is:-
Chicken liver parfait, red current jelly & ciabatta crisp bread
Goat cheese, white port brulee, walnut pear, pink peppercorn salsa (V)
Rosemary infused saddle of lamb, honey glazed carrots, parsnip mash, rich red current jus
Wild mushroom risotto cake, soft poached egg, seasonal greens, sauce Choron (V)
Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream
