We are still working through a backlog caused by staffing issues and a very busy April influx of new memberships. If you have applied for new membership or renewal then we would ask that you leave at least four weeks for a turn around at the moment. All memberships up to the middle of April have now been processed.
This also means it is difficult dealing with ansafone messages and emails as the priority is to clear the backlog. If you are trying to ring in we would ask you not to leave a message but to keep trying until the phone is answered. Please bear in mind the office is only staffed Tuesday to Thursday at present.
The good news is that interviews have now completed and a new admin assistant is being invited to join us soon so we should hopefully be back to normal by June.
