Get ready to come and celebrate the 50th anniversary of a supersonic triumph.
Marking both the 50th anniversary of the first flight on 2nd March 1969 when the French prototype took to the skies in Toulouse and the 50th anniversary of the first flight of the British prototype one month later, on the 9th April 1969 from Filton.
Concorde Golden Jubilee Celebration - 2nd March
Join us for a very special day of celebration marking 50 years since the first Concorde flight which took place in Toulouse at 1330 (GMT) on 2nd March 1969. During the day you will be able to raise a celebratory glass at the welcome reception, see the British Airways Brass Band playing live, watch the lowering of Concorde’s nose and enjoy special golden jubilee tours on board G-BBDG 'Delta Golf' – the Brooklands Concorde.
Concorde Golden Jubilee Gala Dinner and Auction - 9th April
We commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first flight of a British Concorde with a very special evening accompanied by the British Airways Band. This black tie event will be an evening of elegance echoing the sophistication of Concorde herself and will be hosted by our Chief Concorde Pilot Captain Mike Bannister.
