Meeting & Function Rooms

Our smallest room, the Directors Office was occupied by Barnes Wallis in 1947 as a design office for his research and development work until he retired in 1971. Ideal for smaller meetings, lunches or as a breakout area for the interconnecting Ford Room.

In addition, we have two syndicate rooms in the Education Centre, near the Clubhouse:

The Railton has views of the fascinating Stratosphere Chamber and has a capacity of 30 in cabaret style, 40 in theatre style and 28 in board room style.

The Wellington interconnects with the Railton Room and has a capacity of 40 in cabaret style, 60 in theatre style and 28 in board room style.

The Members Bar is a 1920’s art deco room with a large terrace balcony. It can be hired on a private basis with seating for up to 30 people
